Get in touch with our catalogue desk
This website is an informational catalogue for Shower to Shower body powder. We do not sell bottles, run a checkout, or hold warehouse inventory. The details below explain how to reach our site team and where to direct questions about purchases.
When to reach our site desk by email
Email is the single channel available for reaching the desk behind this catalogue. We check messages for errors on our pages, broken links, or questions about the three scent families and thirty pack listings. We can explain the corn starch base, the difference between Original Fresh, Morning Fresh, and Sport, or the 8 oz and 13 oz bottle sizes shown on the site. There is no telephone line, web chat widget, or message form. Write to the email address shown in the footer of this page if you notice an error in our product descriptions or need help understanding our pack options.
Matters that belong to the retail partner
Because this site is a catalogue and not a shop, our email desk cannot assist with orders. We take no payment and process no transactions. We cannot look up an order status, provide a delivery update, issue a refund, or send a replacement bottle. If you need help with an order, a damaged shipment, a return, or a cancellation, contact the customer service department of the retail partner where you bought the powder. That retailer manages your payment, handles all packing and transit, and applies its own store terms to your purchase.
Our corporate postal address
The street address listed in our footer is the corporate office of Bausch Health Companies in New Jersey. It is an administrative office. Nothing is manufactured, stocked, or sold at that location, and no product samples are available there. Do not send returned bottles or packages to that building. The office cannot accept returned parcels, process refunds, or redirect shipments. Any package sent to the corporate address will not generate a refund or an exchange.
For any issue regarding an order, delivery, or return, reach out directly to your retailer. For questions about this catalogue, write to the email address in our site footer.
